Most Houses here are Old Houses 15+ ys Old. A liveable House Price ranges from 80 to 90 depending upon Condition , [90 with recent renovation] New Counsructed House can be only few and Price will be about 120 to 125, similarly few Plots will be availble price range 65 to 70. You should contact a reputed delaer in that area. Dont Go for direct deals unless it is your friend or relative. And Inspect house with some expert |
