Hello,
Wait for 3 to 4 months, development has started already, may be there would be some hurdles at the beginning, but, now development can't be stoped. Therefore; hold on your property.

Couple of week before EID, lot of machinery arrived at G14/3. Then there was a firing ( from locals) incident on the workers there. All the machinery is parked there since then. No development have started.I visit G14 everyday because I am constructing my house in G14/4.
