Dear members of this forum I have budget of six million and want to buy good location 1Kanal Plot in DHA Phase 8 LHR.Some body advice me to buy in S Block but in Map it is very far away and at the end corner of Phase 8,Need sincere advice from the forum members.Thanx

with this budget 1k good location plot in DHA-8 is not posible . I will suggest you to buy 2 DHA-9 files and rest asleep considering you have bought a plot but house and have given on rent with compulsory saving.

When DHA-9 get developed sale one and construct 2nd, Good Luck

If this is your first plot to but, then do not buy DHA 9 files. I think you should buy one good location plot in DHA 7. Allah knows best.

Dear Kamran, I think you should try in G-block of phase-8 (ex parkview), you may get something near boundry within a budget of about 7 million.

Dear Kamran,,At the moment and in the days to come ,the best phase of DHA is phase 8 ,,Because it is located right on the ring road,just opposite to Alama Iqbal International Airport,If you want to go to phase 6 or phase 7 you have to pass through phase 8, Another reason is that it is just 3 minutes drive from Airport,withen phase8 the two best sectors are sector U and Sector V ,these are just adjecent to ring road on both sides of Commercial Broadway from these two sectors the Airport and the METRO shoping mall are at just walking distance,even if you want to go out of Lahore its 20 min drive to ravi bridge and on completion of ring road anothr 20 mins drive to Adda Sundar on Multan road,,since you asked a sincere advice ,so here it is ,,further you are the best judge
