Last sunday i have visited the valincia society.I found it nice,clean,good option other than DHA.Road are well maintained society is maintained well.
I want to know whether this society allow semi-commercial activity for school,beauty-pa lour,clinic on good location (60,80) feet road.
2ndly i want to know the price range of plots in g block on 80 feet and 60 feet road. and also want to know the price of 1 kanal plot at good location.Please mention the good blocks.

They dont allow school or shops etc Beauty parlor Clinic or Low activity semi commercial use maintaining essential structure and not disturbing neighbors can be asked from society, the By laws are not as strict as DHA.
This neat and clean society usually no disputes and maintained by Co opertaive society called Pakistan Expatriates Housing society, same management is also mangling Izmir.
Knal plot on 80 feet road will be about 65 lac and 60 Feet road ccan be 60 Lac ,price can vary a bit in different blocks |

Valencia has commercial areas where one can run business but not in residential area . I believe Valencia is very good society and prices in this society will go up further if you compare it's location as compared to other far away societies . Valencia is now just few minutes drive from Shaukat Khanum Hospital on a road recently completed. |

Thanks for providing useful information.But i have heard that ON MAIN ROAD there is permission on semi commercial activities.But dont know the exact truth. |

But i have seen private schools and clinics and saloon in residential area myself, but still one of the best, wider clean and well maintained society, in G-block a good location near main market 1 kanal plot price range from 60lakh to 67-lakh on 60 feet road. |
