Dear Lre team and experts
I am planning to buy a kanal plot in dha phase 5 m block and needs advice from you experts is this will be a good investment if kept for a period of 5 years.
Further will appreciate if some one could clarify what is Herpalkay minor shown in the map of phase 5 m block.

Further please confirm is there a possibility in future that m block will get the access from main 5 dha phase if not what will be the impact of present entrance from kamahan road to this block |

Phase 5 M block is not developed yet so the entrance form Kamahan Road is irrelevant. It will surely get it's main entrance from Lahore ring road via a side Road as shown on the Map of M block. M block may or may not get direct access via underpass through other blocks of phase 5 but main entrance would not be from Kamhan road once it will develop. |

5M is good and I also own a plot but a good plot is about 70 plus 15 development charges and will cost you about 85 lac total. You can also get a developed plot in Phase 6 for 85 lacs. This is just an opinion and decision is yours. |

Abdullah, I think you can get an average/good plot in 60 lacs all dues clear. |
