Plot prices in phase 6, B block are already above 10 Million, I think additional gain would be minimal. |

On the main buleward of DHA-6 B block, commercial facing plots can be found @ 90 lac (someone will be lucky to find there since no one wish to sell), within few months it will cross 100 lac. due to it good location. |

In my opinion, from now onwards prices of sectors facing Golf Course i.e. K,L and M will rise more rapidly as compared to Sector A,B H and J.therefore investors may concentrate on sectors adjacent to golf course.
