I have a query regarding rental value of commercial plots in Dha. What is the average rent for a plaza hired by a party other than bank? Furthermore, if any one could shed light as to how one can approach/influence banks to hire one's building on rent?
I have commercial plot in dha 8 and i was wondering what approach i should take while designing its layout and constructing it. Is it beneficial if basement and 2nd 3rd floors are constructed given that we have power outages issue and lift wont be working most of the time.
Your valuable and experienced suggestion would b highly appreciated.
