aoa I am civilengineer by profession and did visit Raya earlier this year. I am very attracted to this place. But as fare the construction quality I find the basement done right but the quality of the work and finishing is poor.
I have decided not to invest inside as there are no places for privacy and no places for children to play. The greenary is marvellous and the mall are the best in planning. So I have invested outside but will enjoy the facilities of the gulf club. As I am not a gulfer.
