10 marla plots in Y block of phase7 have appreciated and are averaging 32 lacs. Is it still wise to invest there ?
What price for the 10 marla plots should be expected after two years on possession. Please advise in comparison with DHA town 10 marla pots (average 45 lcs) but are 4 Kilo Meter near to Nawaz Sahrif interchange than the Y block.
