can u comment on rising prices of commercial plots in phase 6 and 8. It is very surprising that phase 6 has crossed or equalled phase 5 commercial rates which is almost 5 years ahead. Phase 8 commercial to be at stage where phase 6 is requires 5 years yet it is gaining. I think investors have jumped in and making quicks bucks. It can lead to serious loss for actual owners .

DHA Phase 6 is many times larger than Phase 5 and the value of commercial is directly linked to the hinterland/households that it serves; however, in my opinion Phase 8 Commercial is overpriced since there is always a lag in the prices of commercial as first residential area gets developed and then the prices of commercials increase. Anyway, this is just my considered opinion, lets see how market behaves in future. |
