I want to sell my plot in DHA, want to know the safest mode on transaction from seller point as this much cash no will carry and cheques cannot be trusted? Appreciate reply from experts in the market.

Pay order or demand draft issued by the bank is the simple and safe option. |

get a copy of pay order [now called cashier cheque ] fore hand and get it verified from issuing branch a day before. Match Copy with original at day of transfer, give reference of this pay order number date and branch in transfer deed |
