I have a 2k plot in engineers town developed from last five years in block D opp. Comercial can construct home tody the value is arround 50 lacs, bought 5 years back for 32 lacs. The time i bought I heard the road between Valencia n engineer town will be constructed soon, direct aproach to collage road and other side also touch the defense road but five years gone....Valencia is becoming crowded. The tip between Valencia and engineer town is nt developed. Any one have any info regarding the road. I m thinking to built it bt I don't like defense road approach. I don't want to sale it, just want to built some thing coz the price is much lower. It should must b doubled after proper connection of roads. Any one know abt recent development of roads? |
