why has the price of File in DHA Phase 9 started to decrease? is this a trend of correction in Lahore Property Market or it is a temorary phenomena?

I believe DHA-9 will get dragged under 30 lacs in coming days and then stable for few weeks and after that in early 2013 it will increase to 33+

After Eid when overseas people are leaving and it is comimg down,it ll again go up when people ll come here again in Christmas vacation,specially from Europe and America.Then again it ll go down and ll b on its minimum price in March and April.But if there is balloting then all this scenario ll change.
