Dear Mr.Umar,
It is more worthy to swap U 1837 of DHA Phase 7 with 2 one kanal Phase 9 File considering 3 year Time Span, Phase 9 current price is still good buy. You should consider it.
The adjacent corner is not available for sale and in future may or may not be available.
