I purchased one plot with Al-asal developers (Now they are doing business as get technologies) with in china village gowader and paid all installments in advance...they gave me an affidavit of pay back offer of 1.5 times after maturity period. After that period they failed to deliver plot and offered to get get double plot in same area but i refused and asked to pay money as per commitment. After negotiation i surrender my right of 1.5 times and asked my actual paid money, they gave me some papers to sign and issued cheques which dishonored twice. under such circumstances what should i do??? if there are some other affectees of AL-ASAL developers please contact me at following email to take collective
