Looks DHA-9 file consolidating around 30 lacs instead of going down to 27-28 lacs which was the conern before. These levels now strongly suggest potential upside, to 40 lacs, also given a reality that not too many files are now available in the market for sale.

I believe DHA-9 will go down to 27/28 range and even lower if the political crises gets worst near election and then stay there for quite some time. For sure it will increase one day but when will be that time is a big mystery.

Dear jk, our beloved country is suffering from not political crises but also many other worst crises since many many years but these crises had no impact on DHA. I believe your argue will also not work in coming election.

Why all political crises & economics ups & down are directly connected with Ph-9 file??? why rest of DHA property is isolated from such economic crunch??? If something goes wrong in near future it will impact on overall market equally. Ph-9 file is not a step or adopted child of DHA that it might deserved all curses.

DHA Phase 9 Files have a great future. I would suggest any one to buy this and wait till next 3 years and it will become at least 6.5 Mil plot .
