Dear experts my question at serial # 62018 is still kindly comment to conclude decission, as bricks price is high only grey structure costs @ 800 per sqft, is it appriciable to buy an old house renovate to make liveable.

It will depend on the condition of the house.Secondly, once you have purchased the house & start renovation, you will feel like making a number of changes to bring it to your taste.Renovation to make it livable will involve quite a bit of demolition as well which will incur extra cost.I thing you will end almost at par with building a new house. |

You mean to say that renovation is hassel in vain, fianally it would cost me equal price to a new one. |
