I WANT EXPERT OPINION.I HAVE RECENTLY VISITED
LDA AVENUE 1 AND JUBLIEE TOWN AND NOW I AM THINKING TO BUY PROPERTY IN THIS SOCIETY.MY BUDGET IS AROUND 50 LAC MAX AND I WANT SOME CORNER OR GOOD LOCATION PLOT OF 1 KANAL.
EXPERTS OPINION REQUIRED ON THIS.
WHICH ONE IS BEST LDA AVENUE OR JUBLEE
PLOT PRICES ON GOOD LOCATION AND MAIN ROADS.

lda avenue1 is much batter than jubilee.in 50 lacs you can buy two one kanal plots in lda avenue.after two years your investment will be minimum doubled.

I want good location plot not an ordinary 40 feet plot.Kindly let me know whether my budget is enough is to buy on location (corner or big road plot) plot.
