dear salman and others
i have a plot in phase 6 worth 100 lac. i have a good friend who advised me to invest in dha commercial phase 6 on 50- 50 basis with a total investment of rs 225 lac? would it be a wise decision? i expect my plot to be worth 125 lac in a year or so.please give me a sincere advise. thanks

No it will NOT be a wise decision. Not because your plot will grow faster than the commercial plot in price but because I consider partnership of any kind big or small (and even if your partner is an angle), to be a form of "Allah ka Azaab". If you don't believe me go ahead and find out for yourself. |

I second Sincere and MAS views. Partnership can work, but rarely; in most instances it's a headache. |

If you are looking for a regular income in the long run, yes go ahead. Otherwise stick to your own investment. |
