Transfer of Homes to Civilions in Askari 10 Lahore,

I heard that Askari 10 Lahore houses cannot be transferred to Civilions. Only transfer to a Military person is allowed. Is it true? Kindly put your reality based discussion.

Dear brother it is strange because in Askari X1 there is no restriction so why in Askari X,can any one comment based on personnel experiance

there is no restriction on transfer of house to civilians in Askari 10 , they just do clearance before transfer which doesnt take more than two weeks.

No restriction at all. I have done it last year. first you transfer at Askari X office after NOC from GHQ(cost Rs 185,000) and then registry (cost Rs 350,000) in your name.

Can u please share your experience in Askari 10. Which block has better constuction, which design is better and which property dealer is really good and swift, how much time it took for you for transfer. It will be great help. Thanks and regards

I heard C &D are better., Haider and new integrated design (4BR) are better as not very conjusted. do not pay to any one if he asks pay to me and I will pay and get you receipt, it means he is cheater. only pay by bank draft in authorities name and use agent as carrier only. I had lost Rs 185,000.- as gave money to agent to pay for transfer at Askari X but never got it back

what is current price of a 3 bed and 4 bedroom houses in c -d block. i hve heard some new houses are also available for sale to be completed in march, any idea of price
