I am interested to invest 08M to 10M in isb. what would be better,E12 or D12? and why?

If you have a lot of other properties and can easily wait 15-20 years (if it comes to that) without feeling tension then E-12 is better. If you need to build house within a few years for living or renting purposes while still enjoying some modest gain (but probably not like the last three years) in value then D-12 is better. |

Dear Asim I will suggest you E-12 It sounds risky as development is long over due and NO sign yet but this has to happen, if it takes place in coming days/months your investment will be at least double within no time OR you will have much bigger size plot in this amount.
If you wanted to invest DHA do not think of Islamabad. Go for DHA- Lahore and buy two files in DHA-9 and relax you will have good return. In Sha Allah |

Thanks MAS & Javid.... DHA 9 is a nice option, for how much i can get a file for 1 Kanal and is it for any sector or open for whole phase? |

They will let you know the prevailing rate at that time you make a deal. Send them some token money to lock the deal and within a day or so you will be ask to visit for transfer and bring the remaining amount as bank draft / pay order.
You will have a plot within DHA-9 in any sector by balloting . |
