Can any one tell me the future of Ex-Commoners Town, keeping in view to reside their within in next 2 to 3 years. Are houses of 10 marla available for sale? What is the price of a 10 marla good plot in the area (Height/Corner).

I believe lot of other options (Developed/developing) schemes are available near pindi/isb both. The location of this place is a big issue i think. ZNS has made a right assessment. DHA homes and EMAAR homes possession might give some hope to this place as well. |

@ZNS....... I have got a plot in ex-commonors town (K block, old it was B-block), do you think if we make house in 7-8 months from now, this place is livable ? any security issue ? How many houses have been/OR under construction ? appreciate your comments. |
