DHA Lahore
Dear all,
I will appreciate your help with a one basic queries about construction of a 1-Kanal house in DHA Lahore Phase 5
What is the minimum covered area that is allowed by DHA Lahore for a 1 kanal house (with Ground and First Floor)?my budget is small ,I will build small as possible.

No Miimum Limits, You shoud get it done certified archietct and get it approved by DHA , the only issue is it will not be possible to Make it in Phases, They expect you to Completed it in specified period and then obtail completion certificate. At a alter stage if you want to build more the permission for that will be difficult to obtain.
Best is to follow one stroy low Cost thekedar type map, there maps are typical for low cost and still oook good but have less accomodation. Another tip is to make very simple baths Kitchens. You can always get permission to renovate, These things are costliest in finishing. |
