It seems difficult to find DHA-9 file these days as most of the holders would start offloading around 40, unless there is any significant negative development and market gets panic.

Dear Investor why to sale DHA-9 when it will be around 40 lacs. If you want money for some other purpose it is a different story but if you will look around an other place for investment there is nothing better then DHA-9.
DHA is already one of the best place to live and DHA-9 will be gate way and the best phase in it. |

They will let you know the prevailing rate of file and total over all cost at that time you make a deal. Send them some token money into their account to lock the deal and within a day or so you will be asked to visit for transfer and bring the remaining amount as bank draft / pay order.
You will have a plot within DHA-9 in any sector by balloting .

During my last visit to Pakistan, transfer at DHA in less than a hour but to find the file it took 12 days , then getting the allotment letter it took another 15 days. |
