30 lac is ok price to buy dha phase9 file as compare to 80+ rates of other phases. the difference ll be not much after development. just mater of time. i saw ppl bought 25lac file in phase7 4years back and now that turn in to 80lac, found at prime location. my thinking is the location of phase 9 is better than phase7 as closer to farozpur road. if balloting ll be held in march the price will cross 40lacs in three months, its going up rite now.
