KMC you dont have exact information. The underpass has been approved between DHA phase 5 and its extension M block. The work will start soon!

I consider DHA 5 "M" block will also get entrance from service road of ring road like Askari 11 has.

M block is the part of phase 5 and deffinately it will get access (underpass) through A/C block when development will start for this phase.

M block will always be isolated from rest of DHA. It will prove to be the XX(ph 3) block of phase 5. please invest wisely. thanks

I wonder why would dha not give a direct access from ring road to M block? whats the problem in that?

Today you can't get an average plot in less than 65 lacs. Critics to phase 5 Investment were always there since file was 22 lacs less than 2 years ago.

The same average plot would be around 75 to 80 lacs within or before next 1 year. Think if phase 9 good location would be around 70 to 75, what would be the price of phase 5 M block plot.

dha is now focusing on phase 9 is already under very speedy development. blocks a, b, c & d will be handed over in next few months before all of the above. remaining blocks will also be developed & handed over quickly. one plan is develop dha 5 m block with dha 9 to save cost as practically m block is part of phase 9.
