The way phase ix file is fast climbing up I believe it will touch 40 by December end. If bad location plots are worth 50 as cmy guessed it means minimum price of file should be 35.good location can go upto 60 . Time to reap profit? What is best time , now in file or after plot? Share your views

if at the time of Ballot = 40Lacs
Approx. Price on the very next day of Ballot = ?
development charges= ?
if some1 wants to sell on the very next day of ballot who will pay the development charges?

Depends on location. It will be the file of price on that day plus development charges(15 lac expectEd) plus good location bonus ( may go upto 10 lac) or minus bad lcation deprication ( upto -5 maximum or no effct to file price). Dev charges to be paid by buyer in lumpsum. Only insallments for original holders. |
