5 Marla file prices of DHA town phase 9 A,B,C & D blocks are different and would be in between 14 to 15 lacs, there are still some files in the market named DHA Town which people believe that plots will be allocated in A,B,C & D blocks against those files.
The 5 Marla file of Phase 9 rate you can see between 11.70/11.80 is for other blocks of DHA phase 9 and to purchase any DHA plot or file, you don't need to come to Pakistan if you are living abroad. I think Rs. 50,000 to 1lac is enough to send as token money to lock the deal and you have to send rest of the amount within 2/3 days as per agreement to get the plot transfer to your name. DHA will not handover allocation letter to anyone and you can collect it yourself whenever you visit Pakistan. This whole exercise can also be done through your relative or directly by LRE on your behalf. Process is simple, you just need to arrange money, 2 photographs, visa/passport copy,cnic copy and sit back and relax!!
