I have a question about phase 9
i am extremely confused whether the file i have, should i sell it before balloting or hold it.
need some solid and detailed advice with all the pros and cons.
would eally appreciate it.

Also many friends in email asked me what is expected price of DHA Lahore phase 9 before ballot and after the ballot.
I am expecting DHA Lahore phase 9 to see 35 to 38 lacs price before the ballot. I am expecting the DHA phase 9 one kanal plots to sell from min 50 lacs for the worst locations to as high as 75 lacs for 150 feet road facing park or corner plots from day one of ballot.
