First of all, I am very thankful to LRE team for keeping all of us updated about the progress in property. A person like me who had no idea about property is now updated with your help :-)
I am seeking suggestion from all respected members and visitors of this page about the Residential Apartments in Air Avenue, phase 8.
Today I visited the building and found out that 2 bed(5 Marla) apartments are between 38 - 45 and 3 Bed(almost 9.5 Marla) is of 70 - 80 Lac.
I have a budget which can accommodate the 2 bed apartment and considering my small family, I am looking for something small.
Before I proceed any further on this, I am seeking your input as whether I should buy the apartment or not considering it is in Phase 8 and may grow with the passage of time.
Please spare sometime in giving your advice on the reputation/development planning and future perspective of the Air Avenue Luxury Apartments.

I would not spend a penny on urban developer. it's been 5 years that i am waiting for apartment and the floor is not even ready |
