I have budget of 7-8 lacs only and want to invest for 3-5 years, can someone guide me please where to invest where I can get good return in 3-5 year period of time.

Buy a 5 marla plot in NFC phase 2. The development is very very slow since it is cooperative housing but in this budget you have very few options. In 5 years it will give you good return. Another option is statelife phase 2 but avoid that by any means. They were not even able to get the map approved in last 6.5 years. There are a lot of issues there. Statelife 2 is also cooperative. It fits your budget, and may be tempting but avoid it as due to previous corrupt managements this societyis practically bankrupt at this point. |
