I do not think there is anything like that as this is not a new society. This as old as Valancia and Wapda. I myself had bought this plot 30 years back.
I just recently got my INTIQAAL documents renewed by Patwari and ALHAMDULILLAH there is no problem in my plot. Naz Town Administration is also sitting in the society and if anyboyd has any doubt he can go to them for further clarification.

Dear Javed, thanks for your comments. In fact, Naz Town is not developed properly. Roads are narrow and residential atmosphere is not like Valancia or Wapda. I need to build house now and decided to move any other society where roads are good and living atmosphere is better than Naz Town. |

In our culture honesty is seldom appreciated. The poor guy has merely placed an advertisement and "awam" has jumped in criticizing for no reason. My cousine has recently bought plot in Naz Town and he is pretty satisfied with it.

By your own definiton and joke you acted like a marasi by jumping in a serious discussion with your goal gapay.
It is important to discuss the pros and cons. The potential buyers have rigth to be skeptical and ask questions. If someone cautioned buyers about litigation that is good too. Mr. Riaz seem very decent person and he has answered the questions very politely, even thanked people who asked questions or objected. But you are the one who acted like the joke you mentioned.
If your brother is satisfied that does not mean every plot in Naz Town is litigation free, does it? |

I appreciate the comments from "Not So Fast". If anyone can guide me truly what is the market rate of 10 M plot in B-Block of this society so that I could determine the final price and make final deal with interested brothers who have approached me to buy.

I think its rite price u mentioned 13lac 50thouand up or down, but I recommend not to sale. KSA recently acquired it and expected to change its look in a couple of years. The other point I have in my mind is u can not even buy 5 marla plot out of this money. Better if ur plot is not disputed. You just start construction and do the best new style construction out of the money rather waisting on this plot location change. U can also buy a new plot in ido town for future investmen. They r also cheap n after connection of road development come closer like few min drive. I m sure in few years it ll be in better shape. Rest is ur personal decision. |
