Is it worth buying Phase 9 1k file @ 33.50?
Why are sellers selling today if they know plot price may go up to 50 - 90 after balloting?
What will it end up costing me with transfer fee etc if bought @ / 35 / 36 ?

My sincere advise: dont ever jump in when the price fluctuation (in either way) is too high, keep yyourself away unless prices are not settled down

No gain with out risk But buying DHA-9 is risk free purchase.
Right time for right decision is needed and you are running short of time. Buy it today otherwise there will be nothing left but regret. |

yes the price will still go up to b/w 40-43 before settling down u can earn like 8/10 in coming days wise move to act now |

Curious sahib, billions of stocks are traded on stock exchanges and in every sale there is a seller who is convinced that the stock has reached its peak and there is a buyer who is equally convinced that appreciation is yet to come. I expect DHA 9 file is the same way. There are of course some sellers who have financial reasons to sell but in general marked is operating on this basis. |

Perhaps the sellers don't "know" that it may go up to 50-90, but the BUYERS do??? Sellers have their own reasons to sell and buyers have their own reasons to buy. Part of the game. As simple as that. |

i bought it for 29.75 in november that is last month and it is already touching 34.25 and still going higher every day keeping checking the price and dont miss this boat kind of a safe investment u wont loose in the short term exit when it touches 40k |
