one should not mix Small business with Real Estate. Small business is the driver of the economy. However, Real estate is equally an important industry which supports the economy of the country. It is a good sign that people are investing in the local Real estate market rather than investing in places like Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia etc.Short term or long term investment, investors will look for ROI and safety of their investment.
