i see a lot of emotions on phase ix file, guys all those who bought it on higher prices 5-7 years ago must wait to gain profit enough to compensate ur wait, means sell it only after ballot. all those who bought in last 2 years and have gained 15 lac plus should let it mature and try your luck it can give you 10-15 lac more and be patient.all those who are joining now for quick gains should also wait for ballot, the map presumingly will be a good one, remember it is the last dha phase close to dha itself. next phases will be at least 20 km away. this file has potential not to loose even for worst location plots which will be far better than phase 7 plots near brb,have a happy waiting and njoy ur plots.

@ KMC & LRE Experts,
Sir, Lots of people commenting about Phase 7 that is the wrost phase of DHA lahore compare to 5,6,8 and 9. Please lets us know why Phase 7 is the wrost among all said DHA phases ? if it is wrost phase than why the prices of plots without possession are increasing despite the development started in Phase 8 and Phase 9 balloting is expected.
Your valueable feed back will help the phase 7 new buyers and plot holders.

To answer respected Mr. ABC, one liner.....
Price in phase 4 is 70 to 90 lac approx....
but have you ever heard ppl talking about it? no because its an isolated and deprived phase of DHA as phase 7 to be....
also it is 5 km away from nawaz sharif interchange so you can imagine......
i do not own phase 7 or any other :p so a very nutural observation |
