First of all thanks very much for your kind reply. I am a silent viewer of this site and always like your true and fair comments on each question / advice asked by everyone.

I am working in UAE and had planned to have own home. Actually I don’t have any close relative who can support me in the construction during my absence. Depending fully on contractor is not advisable due to current situation everywhere in Pakistan unless we know someone who really trusted and honest on their work.

I read your detailed comments which posted during the construction of your house in Ali Block and appreciate your valuables advise.

I am planning to visit Pakistan for two weeks by mid of December to decide / finalize the map, understand the estimated cost, selection of contractor and related matters. Initial I thought Bahria Town have their construction cell which takes fully responsibility on construction with quality of material and standard with reasonable cost and now came to know they are handling their projects only. Therefore I have to look into the market to select good contractors.

I may be required your kind assistance and would like to meet you any possible time after 15th enable me to take your valuable advise.
