While everyone is talking about Phase-9 1 Kanal file, can CMY and other brothers comment and advise on 5 marla and 10 marla investment prospective.
The reason I am asking is the daily gain comparisons on th rate updates. While 1 Kanal gains PKR 50000, there is a gain of for 5 marla and even 10 marla.
Please guide for people who want to invest thier hard earned money in small files.
