Since in most of Punjab N Leag win the by elections as expert of property related would see any change in property worth. If yes pls. share particulary with refernce to Lahore and Punjab that these will go down or up.

For property post election political situation is important, with stable next govt mean improvment in business invironment and property prices.

If N Leag win most of the Punjab seats, party will get simple or more than simple majority in assambly that will bring stable govt in Center and Punjab as well. In summary it should be positive for property & business

Not just Punjab, Insha-Allah Pakistan will be better off if the RIGHT party wins. Hope we will use our vote on MERIT this time. And later not curse the leaders that we selected ourselves.

this shows that democracy still in country is far far away from ideas.one best example is NA seat from shahiwal in which ch.zahid won on ticket of pml-n was just few weeks back in ppp,and he was supported by local mpa who was elected on PML-Q.and now he is part of forward block. long live pakistan, long live hypocracy, long live LOTACRACY.

My opinion which can be wrong as well. All those who got foreign currency should hold it upto 1 yr after elections and then invest in property. I am expecting 15-20 % inflation(It was 27% from feb 2008 to feb 2009)

There are two reasons for it.

1.) Mess of current Govt is huge
2.) People will be tired and will not stand up in first year of elections.Hence govt will be free to print as much currency as possible.
