Dear All Property Experts,
Please help me out. Im extremely confused. Can someone please elaborate on what exactly is the process of balloting and how will prices change for Phase 9 after each stage of balloting?
1. when the advertisement for balloting comes out in the newspapers
2. during the time the ad has come out to the time the actual balloting takes place
3. when actual balloting is done
4. Post balloting
and what will be the price of a plot after balloting if i wish to sell my file?

Rate will remain same. Insiders/speculators will price in all such factors even before these events will take place. |
