Could any one give me an idea as to how much Phase9/10 Allocation File for 1 kanal would fetch in few weeks? Thank you!

DHA 9 is great investment, but due to transfer cost and short term price fluctuations called volatility, do not think for a very short time frame of few weeks or few months. Buy and hold for minimum 2 years. The more you hold the better.
Most people who dislike it now also disliked it when it was selling below 14 Lacs just couple of years ago. It is amazing. People who believed in the potential of DHA 9 at time have earned huge profits on their very safe and sound investments and there is still room to go up as plots are too expensive and beyond the reach of buyers looking to make a home in DHA in near future. |
