Price Increase in DHA-9 is lying in many fold and at this stage it is just like landing to have turn to gain further height. DHA-9 is prime and will remain best buy of real estate in Lahore for many year to come. I feel sorry for those who miss out opportunity.
Who ever are enforcing DHA-9 a bad buy does not have any clue and does not know ABC of real estate business.
