Salam O Alikum Every one,
I want to invest in real estate in lahore, want to know best options available. Some of the dealers have told me to invest in DHA phase 7,8 & 9. Just want to know when the possession will be given to the file holders in these phases.
My budget is around 7M, can you please advise me where to invest.

Best investment in short term Dha5M block you have chance to get almost 50% rise within two years. |

Buy on ground plot in phase 6, it will double in coming 2-3 years and risk chances r less. It will b on ground. And you can sell it at any time in market cost and u will not be in volatile position which may occur in non possession plots |
