The tenants have vacated my house with interior paint in very bad condition. children have used it as blackboard to make all sorts of drawings and writing. I want to clean all this and with little cost, paint it again, just the walls.
Could some expert advise how to paint the house interior in cheap cost.
I am going to start rubbing the walls with sand paper myself.
