:) I couldn't come in next couple of months as I'm outside Pakistan. If you/anyone can inform this, it would be really a great help.

But I like to know will they able to deliver all the blocks Like JOHAR, Qauid in 14 months ?

The development work in under progress in Sector E, Bahria Town, Lahore.

Yes! they are able to deliver these blocks in 14 months if they carry on development work. It is too early to predict whether these blocks will actually be delivered in within next 14 months or not. One can have some guess after 6 months or so by checking the speed of the work.

Hussain Kaisrani thanks for your feedback. A bit more help on this :) keeping the BT previous history, current politics and Malik Riyaz court cases in mind, Is this a wise decision to go for Johar block in Sector E.

Dear Zee,
I would say that one should avoid to buy a file in Bahria Town (rather in any society). It is not only due to the current situation but it is always much risky. But some times it is not possible for many to buy an existing plot due to limited funds. In that case, risk factor should be kept in mind.

No, I do not think that it is not a wise decision to go for Johar block in Sector E.

Thanks again Hussain Kaisrani. yeah I agree there is always a risk factor in files. That's why we always keep sharing information in this plate-forum. It really helps. Readers of LRE Site can at-least understand something on the basis of knowledge they get from this site. But I also think, BT is having a clean history - is n't it ?

dear Hussain or guys which block do you recommend for Sec E then ? I came to know today they have started giving possession in Rafi and Rafiq blocks. a market stunt and will they really give the possession of the other blocks as per promise which would be JUNE or JULY of coming year.
