If other societies are not performing well, then this DHA has become expensive as it is delivering in quality, No practical business in bulk quantity, also people have stopped their business and started property business.
These factors have made the cost of DHA high.
But yes there are rich people in pakistan. few but very rich also. |

DHA COMM 2 MARLA: hi,u have indicated that DHA lhr 2 marla plot is from 30 lakh. Can u plz let me know some options in 30 lakh range. Also the cost to transfer the plot and can we build 3 story or 2 story including basement on 2 marla, any restrictions from dha.
I also sent an email about the week back to dha lhr realestate team but no reply yet.
I am anticipating a detailed reply.

I also thought the same, but found out that commercial has highest rental returns. Monthly rent in Y and Z block commercial is 5-6 lacs per month average, however can also go as high as 15 lacs per month for 8 marla plot. In my opinion, rental returns of commercial are much higher than residential even in percentage wise. |
