Dear all,
Can someone please comment/confirm that Bahria Town has cencelled the remaining allotment of Awami Villas & instead they are building flats for the allotees?
If this is true, can they legally do that?

If u are asking about Rawalpindi u are right.
In Rawalpindi at the time of booking location was near DHAI-II Ext. After few years location was changed and few hundreds Pre fabricated villas were constructed in Phase 8.
Now the remaining alotment is ground plus 2 floor flats. Additiona charges about 150000 in installments are also imposed by Bahria Town.
Who can ask Bahria Town?? |

1 good thing is that price of awami villas has raised up to 13 lakhs imy self sold 1 awami villa 3 ground floor in 13 lakh about month back still there is margin on completion as 2bed room appartment being sold on booking in 20 to 25 lakhs that is one good news after waiting so long |
