I am an overseas Pakistanis and interested in buying 1 kanal house in DHA Phase 5 Lahore.

Can u please update me about the prevailing prices of 1 kanal brand new and slightly used houses in DHA phase 5 especially D block.

I would be very grateful of you people.

Double portion home is around 2,30,00,000-2,90,00,000 depending on construction.

With full basement + two portions the price range is 3,50,00,000-4,25,00,000.
