I am going to buy a 10 Marla Single Story house in Township Lahore. Shall be obliged if someone can give me a estimated price for the same its a well build house with one extra room on first floor, asking price are 5.3 million.

Price in Township is Judged by The Location only if it is Peaceful Location approach Free From rush etc on wide road then it is good price, It is almost Plot Price if Location is Good. So Well bult house is a bonus on top of it.
If You tell Approximate Location Block etc then more accurate analysis can be done |

Many Thanks Mr. Habib, house is located in Block 3 Sector C1. its behind the main road going to green town from famous umer chok. Behind the house there is a garden as well on walking distance and second from corner. For me location is good as I am also living in same area since 1983. |
