Can anyone please share some info on PHA housing scheme on Kuri road which was launched by Gillani as special project.
What is the current status, prices and future of it.

Construction charges of only grey structure is 1,3000,000 on installments

The land cost will be determined later which could be anything based on Pha discretion.
Apparently allottees r not paying installments coz of slow/no development if u read the minutes of meeting of board meeting in july 12 |

Location of "KURI PHA OFFICERS SCHEME" is v.ggod this is only for Federal Govt Officers. Gated comunity booking Price is high. construction of houses is not yet started.
PHA officers scheme houses are not recomended to purchase in re-sal after launch of Bahria Enclave.
Prefer on ground with possesion plot near under construction houses in Bahria Enclave. |
