Wasim replied on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 03:45 PM  If your plot is blocking that 200 ft blvd and everyone crossing that spot has to pay you toll then certainly you are justified in demanding 4 millions. If thats not the case then 20-25% premium compared to standard plot should be appropriate.
